Terms of Service – Income & Expense Tracker

DRAFT – BUSINESS TERMS NOT DECIDED. This page is hidden from search engines and the sitemap. Pricing, refunds, support and license terms have not been decided and are marked "Review". Nothing here is a commitment until you approve it.

These terms govern your use of Income & Expense Tracker (the "App"), provided by Naanayam Intellect & Solutions ("we", "us"). For the website terms, see the company Terms of Service.

1. The App

The App is a Windows desktop tool for recording and reviewing your own income and expenses. It is a record-keeping tool only; it does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and its figures depend on what you enter.

2. License and ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. We keep all ownership and intellectual property rights in the App.

Review: Decide the number of devices, transferability and the license term.

3. Purchase and activation

The App is planned to be offered as a one-time purchase with online license activation.

Review: Price, currency, taxes, activation limits and what happens if activation servers are unavailable. Do not state any until decided.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Review: Refund policy to be decided by the company. No refund promise is made in this draft.

5. Account security and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with or redistribute the App except as the law allows, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Updates and support

Review: State whether updates are included and how long, and how support is provided via support@naanayamintellect.com.

7. Your data and backups

Your records are stored in a local database on your computer. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data lost through device failure, deletion, uninstalling or forgotten credentials.

8. Availability and compatibility

The App is designed for Windows. We do not guarantee that it will work on every device or configuration.

Review: State the supported Windows versions.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a license if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes

We may update the App and these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Review: Confirm courts or dispute-resolution process with a lawyer.
